Feel the Teal

Applying a teal eyeliner on the bottom lid can make the eyes look brighter. It can also make the wearer look younger because it is a fun shade of color. This look is very simple. I used minimal eyeshadow on the top lid and defined the top lid with black gel liner. Finally, I applied a teal/turquoise liner to the bottom lid.  I hope you enjoy watching the video because I enjoyed making this look.
